Brian Richmond

Brian Richmond is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on process analysis and improvement. He completed 20 years in the United States Navy and is currently applying his leadership and problem solving skills to better the throughput of a composites mill in Louisiana. These duties include driving cultural change, controlling budgets and purchasing, process improvement, and training of technicians.
